Parent Meeting for 2023 Season

The 2022 season just ended, but our coaching staff is already excited to focus on 2023!

Coach Waits will be holding a parent meeting next Tuesday night, Nov 22nd from 6-7pm in the high school ERC (library). All parents of incoming freshmen (current 8th graders) and high school players are invited and encouraged to attend. A lot of information will be shared about lifting and conditioning in the off-season, and expectations for our players and program. And don’t forget…off-season lifting for all current 9th, 10th and 11th grade players starts in the rec center weight room Monday, December 5th, and will be every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3:30-5:30pm. Incoming freshmen will start off-season lifting Tuesday, December 6th and will lift every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:30-7:00pm.
